HT Animal Rehabilitation website is owned by HT Animal Rehabilitation. This document sets out the terms in which our veterinary physiotherapy and chiropractic work is carried out for customers. The terms and conditions apply to both current and future work unless individual amendments are made.

As part of your animals treatment, you agree to the attached terms and conditions, upon booking and attending an appointment with HT Animal Rehabilitation.

Client confidentiality - Is of the utmost importance any information shared will not be given to third parties without consent

Record keeping - All records from owners and those obtained by referral veterinarian or any other paraprofessional will be kept in accordance with the privacy policy and will only be shared with consent.

Cancellation Policy -  In the event the appointment booked needs to be cancelled or rescheduled a 48 hour period is required later than this period 50% of the treatment fee is required.
